Please review our cancellation policy carefully:
* 100% Refund: You’ll receive a full refund if you cancel your reservation 7 days or more before your scheduled date.
* No Refund: Cancellations made within 6 days of your reservation are not eligible for a refund.
Why No Refund Within 6 Days?
Our dishes feature a variety of fresh, high-quality ingredients, many of which are perishable and purchased specifically for your reservation. The timeline for acquiring these ingredients is carefully planned to ensure peak freshness and quality:
* General Grocery Purchases (Butter, Cheese, Pasta, Nuts, etc.): We begin purchasing these items 3 to 4 days before your reservation. These are “regular” grocery items that, once bought, cannot be returned.
* Farmer’s Market Purchases (Seasonal Produce, Artisan Breads, etc.): To get the freshest seasonal offerings, we visit the farmer’s market 2 to 3 days before your reservation. These unique, often delicate, items are bought in specific quantities and are not re-sellable.
* Butcher Shop / Seafood Purchases: For the highest quality meats and seafood, these ingredients are custom-ordered and picked up just 1 day before your reservation. Due to their highly perishable nature and specific cuts/types, they are non-refundable once acquired.
Once these purchases begin, we’ve invested in the ingredients for your specific meal. This policy allows us to continue providing the exceptional quality and freshness you expect, as these perishable items are not returnable or easily repurposed for other reservations.
